I think it's pretty much the same. I thought the liquid was maybe slightly more effective, but it tastes pretty gross. It's bad. For me, the liquid ended up being cheaper per dose, so that's usually the way I went.
Well...I only used the pills, but they worked okay for me. I do think the liquid was cheaper though. I went with the pills, because that's what they recommended at the store. As pp stated, sounds like the liquid is just gross.
