Talk to me about the 3 mo. growth spurt

How long did it last? If you are BFing did you feel super hungry all the time again (like the early weeks of BF)? Also, did you notice that teething started shortly after this growth spurt?

DD has been up every 2 hours the past two nights and has been attached to the boob all day long as well so I'm pretty sure we're right in the middle of this spurt. I had just gotten used to her sleeping 4-5 hour stretches at night so this every 2 hour thing is no fun. And I feel like I could eat 2 breakfasts, lunches, & dinners and still be hungry, she is taking all the calories I have!
Also she has been pretty cranky and has her hands in her mouth gnawing on them every chance she gets so I suspect she is an early teether. However, she hasn't yet mastered holding a toy much less a teething toy so I'm not sure how to comfort her - any idea are appreciated.

I'm no help, but my LO keeps his hands in his mouth...all the time.  I keep meaning to check his gums to see if there's any sign of early teeth.

P.S.  I didn't realize there is a 3 month growth spurt.
