I needed a new power window motor for my drivers door. I took it to them tuesday to fix and they're just finishing it tomorrow morn. I had them fix the back window too, but that was only a minor problem. Poor guy at the shop calls me at 8:45pm!, and says that he's finally finished with the one window. He said it was a struggle the entire time. I asked him if he kicked it, because I would've in his situation! He said no, but he got so frustrated, he had to walk away from it twice. I felt so bad, i said i would have a chat with my car when i picked her up tomorrow. He even said he wasn't charging me for all the extra labor time. I am making him cookies in the morning to say thanks!

Oh yummy! That's so nice of you!... & of course him too for not charging for the extra labor time ...but gee golly, home made cookies sure would make my day if a customer gave them to me
