NBR: selling your house ?

when looking at comps in the area, do you really take into consideration the ones that sold b/c of foreclosure.  I mean, some of them are 1/2 of what we paid.

I'm not an expert but I would say no.  Just look at the non-foreclosure homes.

I wouldn't think so but I could ask my mom for you. She's a real estate agent.

If there are any on the market right now I would take that into consideration, but if they were all sold previously then I would not.
