So knowing that I'm not going to have time to go to the store, etc. post-baby, I am stocking up on certain things. Obviously the regular stuff, like nursing tank tops/bras and pads - but what else are you all buying?
Get an extra bottle of all your usual things like shampoo, contact solution, etc.
For post partum fun, get Advil, Tylenol, Tucks wipes, Dermaplast spray, lanolin, nursing pads, soothie gel pads for your nipples, and LOTS of snacks you can eat with 1 hand while you nurse (if you are planning on nursing).
I bought all travel size stuff and Colace (well, a generic version for less than half of the cost of the brand, and you get twice as much)...I still need to get Tucks wipes just incase. Sugar free hard candy as well as you can't eat anything and don't want a dry mouth/throat....sugar will make you thirsty. And like you mentioned, I bought a couple nursing bras to get me started.

Oh, and stool softener. Take it EVERY DAY.
This. Plus lots of pads -- super, overnight, regular etc. And keep the bags of what you use so you can hand the bag to DH to make sure he gets the same ones when you need more (learned this the hard way). Some stuff you can take from the hospital (ask your dr's office about it or the hospital liaison) -- dermoplast, tucks pads (not the wipes -- buy those flushable tucks ones), etc. I'd also get Lanisoh breast cream -- it's nice and emollient (spreadable) and DD had HUGE issues with the small yellow sample tube of lanolin they gave at the hospital - she hated the taste and wouldn't latch until I'd cleaned the nipple. I'd also advise stocking up on anything you normally get and are responsible for getting -- pet food, staples like TP, etc.
ETA: Oh and my sister recommended taking travel supplies/sizees of stuff to the hospital if you can and then you can leave them there if you don't feel like repacking. I did that and it worked really well.
We restocked on paper towels and are going to stock up on TP, shower toiletries, and I have a feeling we'll be eating take-out or donated meals for the first few days home until I feel up to going out to the grocery or sending DH if I have sound enough mind to come up with a list of things to ask him to get for me!
Pads, breastfeeding accessories like breast pads, and lansinoh cream, nursing sleep bra. MH is capable of running to the store if I need anything else.
