So frustrated!

I know I haven't posted on here since 3rd tri, but I just need to vent. The past 2 days I haven't been able to set Ella down without her screaming mad after 2 minutes. All she wants to do is eat. I haven't pumped this week because she is nursing so frequently, and I don't like going out to get groceries or anything without some BM in a bottle because I don't want her to get mad in the store and not be able to sooth her. She won't even take her paci today. Is this another growth spurt? I hope it's not colic...I want it to get better soon! Any suggestions? All I can do right now is sit here and cry while she nurses.

sounds like a growth spurt to me. Hang in there, it will pass. Formula will hurt your supply. If you don't care about that, them by all means give her some formula.

  • I would totally say growth spurt also.  Or, your LO could have an upset stomach.  We recently had a day where all DS did was cry and eat which he never ever does so I called the pedi who said if he had a sick stomach, he would try to eat more to calm it.  So I say give it another day or two before making any real changes.  It will pass.  GL!
