I've been having pretty intense abdominal cramping for the past few days.  For the past 3 hours or so, while I've been sitting at my desk, I've been having waves of period like cramps, with a lot of discomfort, accompanied by waves of nausea.  I haven't felt like I need to run to the bathroom or anything, but its really annoying.  Anyone else?  Solutions?
