I had to share it (his actual first pic is NSFW because my mom apparently thought it was appropriate to take pictures of umbilical cords hanging out of my vag). 

That's what 2 hours of pushing did to his head.  I called it a wedding cake head, because it had three tiers.

I look at David's head every day and thank God for the two pushes it took to get him out.  lol
