Re: Bumbleride Indie Twin?

  • I don't, and haven't been able to find it in town to try it out, but I'm thinking about getting it - boy, is it gorgeous!  Here's a link to a video review on it:

  • it's nice!   I test drove it... smooth ride, great canopies, downside... bulky fold and heavier than what I got.  I ended up getting the P&T sport with doubles seat.... it's been great for us... convenient, smooth ride... doesn't have the canopies like the bumbleride.. but I can get to the back of gymboree and out with no problem.  before testdriving, my top pics were the baby jogger city and the bumbleride...   if I had to pick between the two, I prefered the baby jogger city to the bumbleride.... but they were close.  the babyjogger's fold is much easier, but you don't get cupholders... just when you see the P&T next to them.. they look so enormous.  the sales rep who sold us the P&T and carried all three models (and more) said that people had returned the bumbleride over the fold and weight. ???  (this was a shop in Brooklyn).  He said a lot of people were going for the P&T.    Of all the strollers I tried those 3 were my favs.  definitely go test drive if you can find them in store.   it is a really nice stroller.

  • I have it and i love it. ?Yes, it's a bulky fold--it takes a few times to get used to it but once you do you can fold it as easy as a graco. ?I like that the accesories come with it like the cup holder(which I've never used) and the car seat adaptor. ?It has HUGE storage underneath and it's easily accessible. ?I do have to consider where I'm going when I take this with me. ?Such as fitting through doors, etc. ?It's narrower than most side by sides but still....

    ?

If I had to choose again I'd go with the P&T just for ease purposes. ?I do love the look of the bumbleride though.?
