We are down to our final two names and I'm having a really hard time choosing.  Please let me know which name you like best and what you think of these names.  The middle name is not relevant because we are honoring my grandma and it sounds great with both.

I really like Natalie.  I strongly dislike Gwen and Gwendolyn.  The girls/women I've known with those names have been really socially awkward and on the less attractive end of the looks spectrum so that's what I think of.  I just can't see it as a beautiful name for a sweet little girl.

Gwen Stefani is neither socially awkward nor unattractive and though that's not IRL, I think a lot of people will think of her when they hear the name Gwen. 

I think Gwendolyn is a beautiful name.  I also like Natalie and my fifteen year old neice is named Natalie, but just so you know, she has gotten the nn Nat from friends so even if you don't want a nn for her she may get one anyway.

Natalie is one of my least favorite names.  Reminds me of gnat - just doesn't sound pretty.  I like Gwendolyn though a lot.

I like them both -- I'd go with whichever sounds best with the mn and ln, or just flip a coin; they're both great.  I will ditto the pp who said Natalie will likely get called Nat.  I know two Natalies IRL, and they both go by Nat at least occasionally.
