Splinter in foot~!

Any ideas how to get a splinter outta a 15mo old's foot?  ya right she won't hold still?? Any good old suggestions?  I don't wanna take her to doc for that? TIA

    Do you live by family?  I had to call my mom and tell her we had to do surgery! lol  I took DS over there and she got her needles and tweezers out while I held him down she dug it out.

    Or if she will leave a bandaid on get some Prid Salve (In a little oragne tin) and put it on her foot and cover with a bandaid.  It draws the splinter out.
