Anyone heard of Tracy Anderson?

She's Gweneth Paltrow's trainer and has these exercise DVDs out. I'm just wondering if anyone has tried them out.

    Yeah, I tried the post pregnancy one. I liked it. The butt/legs part killed me, though. But I like them.

    Yeah, I have the post pregnancy one, too.  LOVE IT!!  I've really noticed a difference in my arms, legs and belly.  It's a great work out.  Tough.  I plan on getting her other one, too (not the dancing one).
