I spend a long time on Sundays downloading, editing, and sending out pictures to our families. We take photos all week long and it takes a while to go through them and edit and what-not.
Whenever I miss a week, I hear about it. When Madeleine turned one, I suggested stopping and heard "don't you dare!" It's not like I'm forcing these pictures on people. They don't live close, so they enjoy seeing pics of Maddie on a regular basis.
So why is it that nobody responds? I spend hours on this project and they can't take 10 seconds to say "thanks for the pics?"
I am feeling unappreciated.
Re: Small family vent
its the small things in life we take for granted. we dont know how much we love it until it is gone. skip a week and they will probably wonder what happened to that lovely little girl...
but yeah, it sucks that the good things are taken for granted espically with all the hard work you put into it.
Ditto this. Make a blog and I think they're more likely to respond!
