Nope I don't consider that super early. DD is usually in bed between 8-9. There are some exceptions like some nights she is in bed at 7:30 and other nights she stays up until 10 (like tonight my mom just called me and said do you know what time I finally got your child to bed tonight lol.) For me her going to bed so early is a mixed blessing. On days when I have to be up at 5 or 6 for work it's awesome because I can relax for a little while before I go to bed. But on my days off it really really sucks getting up this early because I am not a morning person. I would love to figure out how to get her to sleep till 7 or 8 without totally messing up her STTN, and without trying CIO.
DS goes down between 6:30 and 7. He sleeps about 12 hours a night though, and will happily play in his crib for 30 min or so after waking up in the morning. If he was sleeping less I'd probably try to push his bedtime back. I don't want DH or I to have to get up before 7 if possible
About 8:30. In the winter, it was like 7-7:30 because it was already dark. I loved her going to bed earlier, because she's up at 6:15-6:30 regardless of what time she goes to bed. I like the extra sleep for her (she's not a huge daytime sleeper) and the extra time for me!

Usually between 8-9 pm. The 2 mornings I have to be at work early he gets up around 7:30, otherwise he is up to eat around 6-7 then back down until 9 or so. Although, if we are out he's fine staying up later. We got home around 10. He slept in the car on the way home and then came and had a little bit of a hard time getting to bed. He just now settled down.
Dd's is between 7-8pm, by her choice. It seems early but she pretty much STTN. She'll wake up a couple times for her binkie and sometimes needs a night feed. Usually wakes between 5:30-7:30 in the morning.

umm I'm in the minority here. ds goes to bed whenever we do.. gets up whenever we do.
Almost never before 10pm and as late as 1 AM. He sleeps as late as 10:30 or 11 AM.
Sometimes 8, usually more like 8:30-9:00.
She'll sleep anywhere from 12-14.5 hours.
My blog
Same. She gets up at 6:15-6:30, and takes 3 hrs total of naps during the day.
DD is usually around 11pm-12am.
She is a night owl like her daddy and me.
