WTH don't all Britax seats have the neck comfort pads?

(you know, the little comfort pad thingies that keep the straps from cutting into their necks??)

We have a roundabout and DD has a mark on her neck that makes it look like someone went after her w/a knife!!! I'm so annoyed. I called Britax and she said the Roundabouts dont come w/those pads but I can order the kit for the marathon and they'll fit. It's $20!?

Hmm, we have a Marathon and it came with ours. I would think that they would come with them all. At what point is it ok for a seatbelt to dig into any kids neck. Sucks, sorry!

Yeah, they don't come with the Roundabout. We try to make sure DD's shirt is between the skin and the belts and it works. You could probably make your own as well if you're crafty and I'm sure BRU has something universal.

I know, it sucks.  At $199+ the Roundabout should absolutely come with the shoulder pads. I wish we had just gotten 2 Marathons.

I'm thinking of heading to BRU to see what they have to pad it.
