Babies: 9 - 12 Months

You know what someone needs to invent?

Delivery EVERYTHING. You call in, tell them what you want, and they bring it to you.

Right now I want a Diet Coke, formula, and a piece of cake. I would probably pay someone like $500 to bring me these things, lol.

Either that, or we simply must make a law that all places have a drive through window. It's such a pita to get DS all out of his car seat and run into the store for like, one thing of toothpaste, especially if he was sleeping. We need to make this happen.

I totally agree. There are so many times when I put something off or don't go b/c he's with me.  The thought of getting in and out of the car seat, how he will behave while we're there...very few things end up being worth it.

That sounds great. I'd bring you those things right now for 500.00, haha.

We have take out taxi, where you can get restaurant food delivered, but that's it.

  • in LA it was called pinkdot.  you could get groceries, food, beer, condoms, anything you wanted.  but it went out of business.
  • There used to be a service like this near my University.  It was called knight something or other.  I can't remember, but people would literally ask for a bottle of wine and condoms.  It was ridiculous.

    Awwww, thanks. You're so thoughtful.

ETA: I do have a delivery everything- it's called my mom- she'd so bring me anything I need- but I only ask if I'm sick or something. I'm a lucky daughter.

  • i also want everything attached to my thumb print so I don't have to deal with a wallet full of cards.  Library card, credit cards, debit card, gift cards, club cards, point cards, costco card, drivers license, id, etc etc all down to one thumb print.
  • I agree!  Especially with the drive thru window.  There have been so many times that I've cut trips short because DS fell asleep in the car & I didn't want oo wake him to go to a different store.

Ooooh me too!  This scares the bejeezus out of my H though.  He is a conspiracy theorist/911 Truth-er.
