NBR - Anyone have the Shark Steam Mop

I just picked one up at Kohls.  It was very cheap, I had 30% off plus it was on sale.  I like the idea of not having to use chemicals on the floor and just using water to clean them.  I've read some good reviews online, but also some bad reviews.

 If you have one, do you like it?

i LOVE my shark.  totally cleans my hardwood to a beautiful shine, every time.  and i have 6 mastiffs and a bulldog...oh, and a baby.  and the no chemicals is my favorite thing about it.  the only thing that bugs me is that sometimes it leaves droplets of water in random places which i have to watch out for and wipe up.  we have the "new and improved" shark which has a longer cord than the old style.  have fun!

This is the one I got too, the blue one. 

 Okay, now I'm excited to use it and I just mopped last night!  My floors will be extra clean this weekend.

I know my sister has one, but it is actually her 3rd one.  She likes it but the handle keeps on breaking.  My cousin had the same problem.
