I wanted to buy one to take to the hospital with me, and just so I have at least 2 to work with, some say I should buy bigger for when my milk comes in....my question is what size comes after a D?
depends where you buy it, some places it is E and others it is DD. I would highly suggest getting some nursing tanks and waiting to get your bras until your milk comes in so you can get a good fitting bras and use the tanks instead while you wait. They are so much easier to feed twins in than having to lift up your shirt pull down your bra and then feed esp. when you are just getting the hang of it. With the tanks you just drop the top down and away you go and it is less laundry.
You will also want to get remeasured around 2.5-3.5 months when your supply regulates and you have lost some of the pregnancy weight.
uuummm, i was a 32D PP and my 36E nursing bra was tight. ?i found the medela "comfort bra" to be awesome for the beginning when my boobs were really sore and tender and the "sleep bra" i used after i was totally done pumping. ?they both come in S, M, L, and XL and they're stretchy so the M was fine for me because i'm narrow with huge boobs. ? honestly the comfort bra made me feel like a whole new woman! ?they sell them at BRU (i think).
I believe Motherhood Maternity goes up to F. I also just bought 2 nursing bras to at least start with, and I'm also a D...and thinking I might have to make that leap to E.
