I've been doing it for about a year now. I started with the free trial then it's $10 for 8 or 12 weeks, I can't remember. That's for 1 list if you chose 2 or more stores I think it's an additional $5 per list.
I do like the convenience of it telling me what's on sale, what coupons I should have, and what circular to find them in but I don't love the lists. I find that their lists have a lot of the same stuff on them week after week and a lot of it isn't stuff that you can live off of. IMO, it's better if you don't need to eat/use the items that you're buying from week to week. If you're just stockpiling, it's worth it. If you need to actually grocery shop, what they're telling you to get is good in addition to what you're buying for the week but you're still going to have to actually buy the food you'll need to eat. I also subscribe to quite a few savings blogs that tell you what coupons and sales are out there and they're free! I think they're just as helpful. The only reason I haven't cancelled the GG is that I can't find a blog for my local grocery store (Giant) so it just makes it a little easier for me. Eventually, I'll fell comfortable enough to just shop the grocery store circular, know what's a good sale price, and match up my coupons.
If you're interested in giving it a try there are free sites as well. I'm trying www.mygrocerydeals.com right now. You can choose multiple stores as well, and coupons etc are available on the site.
