Have any of you bought a breast pump yet?
Is it wise to buy one this early?
My Mom is going to buy me this pump:

Have any of you had any experience with this or any other pump?
This one has great reviews, but any advice/tips would be great!
Re: Breast pump
what are your needs? Working, SAHM, etc?
My SIL had the swing and it was ok for her, but she stayed home. I work full time and need a double electric to pump faster. I love my Lansinoh pump....just as cheap as the swing but it's a double.
It depends on your needs, also, are you going to have more children?
I'm going back to work, and plan on having 1-3 more, and the lactation consultant at my hospital recommended the Medela pump-in-style as the best for my situation. You can always call lactation at the hospital to discuss this.
I am planning to have at least 2 more children.
I will be at home with my baby for at least the first year, but I want to be able to go out without the baby occasionally, and I'd also like my DH to be able to feed her maybe even once a day, and I've also heard that they are useful for relieving engorgement and increasing your milk supply.
I just don't want to go with a slightly cheaper pump and find out that it's crap.
