NO SWADDLE!!!!!

I took a chance and put DS down w/o the swaddle last night.  It took about 3 attempts before he really fell asleep- but he finally did and he STTN.  YEAH!!!

I can't say we're swaddle free yet, but as I got one full night out of him, I know it's possible....  Big Smile And he's been breaking out of it for weeks now- which is why I knew he could sleep w/o it.  It's just the FALLING asleep that is the problem.

    I'm jealous! Everynight we say "maybe we should try it without it tonight" but then we think about the possibilty of having to get up and decide to put it off...he may be swaddled until he is 10.

    We went swaddle-free last night as well after I found her 3 times on her tummy while swaddled.  I am amazed at the acrobatic feats this child can do while swaddled!  She did ok and hopefully will continue to.  Good luck with your deswaddling efforts!!
