Austin has been waking up every 2 hrs and wanting to eat. I don't think he is hungry. We have taught him how to fall asleep on his own and he does good with that, but is still waking up too much. Any advice?
We tried reducing the feedings by an ounce at a time. Eventually we just cut out the night feedings when nothing was working with Ferber. He didn't want the bottle as it turned out, though he took it because it was offered.
We've been just giving him the pacifier and then letting him cry if needed. ?He's never cried more than 5 minutes at night until last night, when the babysitter undid our sleep training by giving him an extra bottle when he first woke up!

Re: Tell me how you cut out night time feedings?
I just muscle through the wakings and hold/rock her until she falls back to sleep.?
It took a couple of days, but she is now waking up less & less in the middle of the night.?
