Nightwear for nursing?

What do you wear to bed when you are nursing? Do you still leak at night and need to wear breast pads? I have no idea what I should purchase.

I just wear a nursing tank or a shelf tank. Yes I still have to wear pads as sometimes I have a let down while she is nursing.

i wear nursing pjs still - mostly gowns.

eta - at 3 months i still need nursing pads.

i wear my glamourmom tank that i got in maternity section of BRU. i also wear breast pads cause i leak often.

A sleep bra and any pajamas. I can pull a shirt up.

I no longer need pads at night but did for the first 4 months.

Any tank, I pull it up, or I got Merona Vneck tanks at Target that are great to pull aside. I also wear a nursing sleep bra w/ pads, I'm a huge leaker esp. since DS sleeps like 9 hrs now.

Pajama bottoms and a tank top. I like wearing a tank top and pulling it down rather than up. Seems easier to me. I leaked for the first 2 months, but haven't since.

I wear a bra and nursing pads. They have sleep wear at motherhood maternity.

I usually just wear a sleep bra and panties. ?If I get cold I throw on a button down pajama shirt. ?Sometimes I'll wear my Glamourmom tank and panties. ?It depends on what I was wearing that day.
