Another Angelcare monitor question

Thanks to all who answered my previous Angelcare monitor question. My crib also has a flat top too so I could put the nursery unit on top of there for as long as he is not able to stand in the crib and reach it.  At what age are babies usually able to stand and reach?

I didn't see your other question, but I put my angelcare thing in the corner of the crib with him until he started rolling and moving, and then I put it on the dresser next to his crib.  We turned off the motion sensor at about 7 or 8 months because he was rolling off of it so often.    DS started pulling himself up at 9 months. HTH!
