I'm Ready, Is She?

i am ready to move hannie to her crib at night.  she is doing well in her bassinet in our room at night so i know that she can sleep 1. not in our bed and 2. on her back without elevation.  any suggestions on how you moved your LO to their own room?

I am not sure but if you figure out a way let me know. Chaz sleeps wonderful in our room but can only sleep in like 2 hour stretchs when he is in his crib.
