I have 48 oz in the freezer and by tomorrow I should have over 50! At least my baby won't starve when I go back to work.
Hopefully if I nurse before I leave in the morning, pump when I get to work, pump on my break, go home to nurse, pump at break, nurse when I get home (as much as he needs) and pump when he goes to bed I can get enough saved to keep up with any growth spurts/spilling accidents.
I'm so worried that I'm not going to be able to keep up with what he needs if I am pumping.
Was anyone else worried about not being able to pump enough once they went back to work?

Re: Feeling much better about at least one thing...
Don't stress about it... it's not going to make the situation any better. At this point, your goal should be to pump what he is eating daily... and then *try* to have a few extra bottles a week. For the first few months back at work I pumped 3x at work and at night before bed, and I ended up producing 4 bottles a day, where she needed 3. That was way overkill, as my freezer was PACKED with milk. Now I cut out one pumping session a day so I bring home 3 bottles... some days I only bring home 2.
Just take it day by day... you'll be fine!
I pump 3x a day while at work, and produce enough for him for the next day, and occasionally will pump extra during the day... a couple of oz.
I only pump at night when my freezer stash is getting low. I only try to keep about 30oz in there, since I use that for when we go out or when company is over and I know I can just pump when they leave to replace the bottle.
like all the pp's said. don't stress... that makes it mentally harder to pump what you need.
THe first week or two weeks when I went back to work, my supply totally tanked.
Now I pump just enough for 2 bottles per day - which is what we need
