Red behind the knees?

Anyone's baby get this? It comes and goes. Heat rash??

    DD has that too - we were told it was eczema.

    Could be heat rash or it could be a mild case of eczema.

    We have started using Cetaphil Lotion Cleanser for baths and Cetaphil cream on A's legs before she goes to bed.  While she had the rash, we would apply the cream at every diaper change.

    It must be eczema. I just looked at pics of a heat rash and that isn't it. DH kept telling me it was a heat rash. He has eczema, funny he could not recognize it!

    I already use Cetaphil and Aveeno. I knew this was coming one day. DH has horrible skin.
