Anyone change there mind as far as the ideal size of the family that they thought that they wanted? I originally wanted four children and after being pregnant i am for sure not having four. It will be two at the least and depending on whether or not i still have to work and the cost of college for multiple children we may end up with three.
Re: Anyone change their mind?
I think that your own experiences do carry a lot of weight in the decision...I have one sibling and can't imagine having been an only child. DH abd I agree that we want DS to have a sibling. So, two was our plan and still is...but like w/every other great plan, it could change. I have this feeling I'm going to be open to having more, whether that means biologically or adopting. But yeah, right now? Two for me is ideal, but I really think that that's largely because I grew up in a 2 kid household.
