Apparently I Woke Up Yelling...

In the wee hours this morning. I had a REALLY bad cramp in my calf and according to DH I was yelling/moaning in pain for a few minutes before I woke up enough to get up and work it out. I think he might've thought I was in preterm labor or something, he sounded scared when I finally woke up!

I've had cramps at night before but not this bad! I usually get up and work them out with out disturbing DH. My calf STILL hurts now.

Anyone have any preventative tips for me? (Other than eating bananas, I hate them)

  • tonic water before bed. a juice glass worth (6-8 oz) and stretch before bed!

  • The only "cure" I know of is stretching and water. ?You gotta get the lactic acid out of your muscles and the only way to do that is stretching and moving....good luck, those things suck so bad!!!

    honestly.. potatos have more potassium in them than bananas
