Old Navy Return Policy

I have two things I bought and want to return. I actually just want a new shirt in the place of the items I'm returning can I do that? According to the packing slip exchanges are free would that count since I'm getting a different item?

I believe with items you buy online, as long as the slip says you can return them instore, you can exchange and/or return them.  Most likely, they will have you bring the new item up to the customer service desk, and then return the two items and ring up the new one and give you the difference (if there is one).  I used to work for Old Navy years ago but I shop there pretty regularly.  Good Luck and I hope this helped!

I have returned mail order only items....I used the same bag or box that it came in and print a UPS label off of their website....then I drop it off at UPS. ?The invoice will explain how to do an exchange. ?I've done that too and it is really easy. ?However, I do believe they charge $6 for shipping.

I worked at ON four years ago, and from what I remember anything you buy online you can exchange/return in the store.
