Father's day gifts

Have you started thinking about what you are getting your DH?  I am due June 8th so wanted to have it ready.  My doctor won't let me go past a week but I'm thinking I will forget if I don't do it before my LO gets here.  Any suggestions?

Crap. I have no idea. I need to figure out a gift for our anniversary first which is Thursday.

Actually, we normally don't do big gifts for M-Day and F-Day but this year he got me a camera (on DS's behalf) so I guess I need to think of something now...

I haven't really thought about it. I probably won't get him anything except a card. I don't work so I only have money when he gives it to me. lol We'll probably just go out to dinner with our daughter and spend the day together. We don't want to start a big tradition of buying each other things on mother's day and father's day. We do the same on birthdays.

We don't do gifts. I really have no clue what we will do... maybe just relax? Depends on how I'm feeling and what he wants to do.

Nothing because we don't have any kids yet but me and my sister are taking our dad to a Phillies game.

I am going to buy him a photo key chain to put the LO's picture in. He is really bummed that I get maternity leave to spend time with him, and he doesn't. SO is in sales, so he drives everywhere- so I thought a keychain would be cool.

I also asked him what he wanted to do- if he wanted more of a "him" day or a family day. If he wanted a him day, I was going to reserve a tee time at a really nice golf course. Instead, he wants a family day so I will make him a steak dinner, and maybe do a fun art project with finger paints (do hand and feet prints or something).

For 1st Father's Day, which was 2 days after DS was born, I gave DH a big framed maternity photo.  I had planned to do the same with this one, but have it be with DS kissing my belly or with his feet on my belly.  However, now that I am on hospital bedrest, I don't know what to do for him.  I probably won't even be out by then.

I just did a search and found a frame that says "Our First Father's Day" and then on the bottom you can get it engraved and the date.  If anyone wants to do the same thing it is on memorablegifts.com.  I'm so excited now I have DH a little something and it is crossed off my to-do list!  Thanks for the other options ladies!!

I'm planning on buying DH a nice frame and getting him a good picture of the LO and I to put in it.  That way he can bring it into work and show it off to everyone.  DH and I work at the same place so I know everyone there will be really excited to see it and he will have lots of fun showing it around.

I am getting him a baby bjorn.  Surprisingly, he really wants one.  Gotta love it:)

At BRU, there are these picture frame kits where you put the baby's pic on one side then a mold of his/her foot on the other side.  I'm going to buy one of those and do it.  I thought he could sit it on his desk at work.
