I am starting to feel miserable and I just wanted to whine about it, oh the joys of the third trimester...
For the past few weeks I haven't been sleeping all that well. Between my allergies keeping me all stuffed up and the non-stop acid reflux I can't seem to get comfortable. Either lay down to drain my sinuses, acid reflux kicks in so I sit up, then nose gets stuffy. It's a never ending cycle. I have found that it is a bit better if I have the air conditioning running so I have been doing that even though it's only been in the 70's.
My back and hips have been killing me and I know that this is due to me being on bed rest so I have been trying to get up and walk around or go sit in the lazy boy to get some relief. Now the last two days the shortness of breath has kicked in. Even simply walking up and down the stairs is leaving me breathless. I am tired all of the time and just want to get one good nights sleep before the baby comes.
Hey, at least my bladder has been behaving and I haven't been woken up due to that!! Oh crap, did I just jinx myself?
Ok, whine is over..
Re: Ugh, feeling miserable
It feels like my nose has been stuffed up since February and I cannot live without the Breathe Right strips. I highly suggest giving them a try. They are not the most attractive things in the world but they really helps me fall asleep.
I hope you are able to get comfortable soon (sooner than when you give birth!)
