While a little strange to see my empty uterus on the screen, I was relieved that there were no surprises in there!  I seriously thought I felt a kick while I was in the waiting room.  Phew!

No retained products of conception. Maybe a polyp, but the tech said a uterine polyp isn't bad, like a colon polyp.  She wasn't even sure that's what it was. 

So now I wait and will probably start the extra progesterone with my BCPs in a couple days to help shed the lining. 

It seems like every time I've thought I was pregnant, I find out I'm not right in the middle of a crisis with Lilly.  It's a good thing-- I'm always so relieved that I don't have time to be bummed.
