Mine weren't strapped down. ?I did try to reach up (without even realizing I did it) when they held DS up and the nurse beside me pulled my arm back down. ?So I can see why they might strap them down!

I'm pretty sure mine were. I was worried about it before hand but it didn't bother me and I really can't even be 100% sure they did it. There is a lot of other stuff to focus on/ worry about.

Mine weren't and I did not have a scheduled c-section. I just had to check my pics because I had no idea if they were or not! Everything happened so fast.
mine were not but I thought they were because they were out at my sides. My nose started to itch and I asked the Nurse sitting by my head if she could scratch my nose and she said 'um... your arms aren't tied down' - it was pretty funny
I wasn't strapped, but I felt like I may as well have been. They have you put your arms straight out to the side. An IV in one arm makes it difficult to move that arm, and a sensor on your finger adds to that; so you kind of just feel immobile.

Mine were with Aiden but I didn't even realize it until it was over!

Mine weren't, but mine was a scheduled c/s. My friend had an emergency c/s at the same hospital, and hers were.
