Great news about my job & daycare

Long story short, we asked my SIL (not the psycho one, she is DH's brother's wife. This SIL is DH's sister) if we could pay her to watch DD 2 days a week. Right now I work for a large retail company so I am able to work on the weekends to have 2 days off during the week so we do not have to put her in daycare (mostly b/c our daycare fund has been mostly taken up by her meds for reflux & GI appointments).

This means I no longer feel stuck at my job, which I hate, because it suits our situation well. Although now I need to go look for a new job but thats a bit scarey in this economy! My job is secure now, who knows with a new company!! But I am happy DD will be in "family daycare" as I call it! Yay!

YAY! I am feeling happy about the same thing. My mom can keep DD 2 days, I am about 90% sure I can weekend it and have 2 weekdays off, and 2 of my good friends are going to take up the slack. yahoo!
