Anyone want to make a photoshop image for me?

The twins want a Tinkerbell & Handy Manny themed birthday.  I have the inside done, but I need a horizontally oriented picture to go on the outside cover of the folded notecard that has the info inside. I have zero artistic vison or ability.  I thought maybe one of you would be bored enough to google for images and make me a nice cover for a 3rd birthday invitation...  Please???
