Plan on going to the library today and will probably do anything at this point. (And I'm talking about the twins...the baby is usually pretty good at night).
We tried a lot of things..the things that worked for us..a very short bedtime routine (the longer one seemed to make for more time for tantrums)...telling them they are absolutley not to get out of bed unless we say its okay..then telling DS1 (who is are hardest one to get down), that he is a big kid and he told us he wont' cry or throw a fit, for some reason just telling him that makes the kid stop fighting the sleeping thing.
Nathan constantly gets up in the night and asks for milk. I don't want to give it to him b/c that's ridiculous.... he doesn't need to be going to sleep with a sippy cup of milk. I just want them to go to bed and sleep through. Getting them to sleep isn't the problem. Keeping them asleep is.
Re: Any good book rec's to help kids sleep at night?
Why are they gettting up at night?
