Could go PT!

DH and I just started talking about the possibility of me going PT at work.  We are slow enough at work that my boss might just go for it.  We've still got to work out the numbers but I'm hoping it can be a reality!!!

Oh and DH is SUCH a dork!  He did the cost of me not working at all, and he added in daycare.  Uh...if I were to not work at all there would be no daycare!  But I want to work at least PT.  I think I need that for myself to get out...but I want more time with EM!

That would be so exciting! Hopefully it works out where you can go PT and spend more time with the kiddo which I'm sure you'd both love.

good for you. I was looking forward to having time off when the baby comes but with me being out of work now I will have to go back right away. Not fun

That would be great!  I can't wait to be home with Kate again - I don't know how you working moms do it.  I've only been at it two days, and it's killing me.

It's beyond hard.  Trying to fit it all in is exhausting.  My day starts anywhere between 5:30-5:45am and I'm not in bed until close to 11pm most nights.  There just aren't enough hours in the day to do it all.

That would be great!  I would love to work only 1/2 day but that probably won't happen for a couple of years.

That is great! ?One of my good friends just went to two days a week. ?She said she lasted one month after she went back to work before she approached her boss. ?Good luck!

 I took my current position because it is part time and when we have kids it will be nice to have the best of both worlds.
