Hey. All is good here. Yep I was in Fairfield for 4 years at the university. LOTS of fun at the Fairfield beaches and the area in general. Plus it's nice to still be so close to NYC.

Not sure about flooding in Darien. Several friends live around there although I believe their mailing addresses are Norwalk. All properties seem to be graded pretty well to avoid flooding or they're far enough up hills from the LI Sound to not be affected by storms/high tides. I'm sure your realtor will have info on this since I imagine flood ins. will be mandatory if it's an ongoing issue.

The little New Englandish towns with the shopping and restaurants are just so lovely. You and S will have PLENTY to keep busy with!

LOL - wild as ever here too!  She's such a happy kid and seems to be looking forward to the new baby which is a huge relief for me!

I'm getting anxious for the end but there's still so much to do. Thinking of taking Friday off to tackle some of it. Have a good week!
