Best friend just had 2nd m/c :(

I'm so heartbroken and aching for her and her DH;  She went in last Friday, as she was spotting, and found out the baby stopped growing at 8 weeks.

 

This is her 2nd m/c in 6 months... I just want to crawl into a hole and cry with her
