I wasn't joking before, you put me in the mood for chinese food.  Not just any chinese food though, my dad's stir fry.

So I call him, and made it, and it came out AMAZINGLY good, even my ILs loved it, and they are hard to please.

I'm even more shocked because I never made it before, I didn't know I could.

The only wish I had thought to cut down the recipe, I had enough to feed 6 Adults and we still have left overs. 

My entire family has you to thank for a yummy dinner!
