Work out to the 30 Day Shred DVD while they are in the room.
DD got out two cans of mandarin oranges and preceded to do the workout better than I did (must be all the yoga lessons her preschool has been giving the kids).
DS rode on my back during push ups and just laughed hysterically at the jumping jacks.
It's much harder to work out when you're cracking up the whole time ![]()
