Hand expressing

I see that some of you get quite a bit extra milk by hand expressing.  do you do it?  How do you do it?  What do you catch the milk in?

It is pretty simple..I just use the shields after I pump. I remove the shield then bend over it and squeeze my boob into it. It might take you a bit to get the hang of it. I also switch and use each hand on each boob..that gives me more milk than just using my right hand.
