Depending how far I am away from home. If it's far enough to not turn around - I pop a piece of gum and then brush when I get back.

Sometimes when I use scope I forget to brush because it already feels like I did.

I have gum and altoids I keep in the car just for this purpose.  I've done a gazillion times.

I have used gum or mints when I have forgotten to brush. As soon as I get back home, I brush though.

If it's before work - I have an extra toothbrush and toothpaste at my job.

Anywhere else it's gum or mints.

I always have mints & gum in my purse.  I have carried a traveler's size toothpaste & toothbrush in my purse before.
