Name opinions, please!

Last night I posted about DH pushing to name DS2 after his father (we agreed that it would be a MIDDLE name, previous to this conversation).  I had posted that I would feel HORRBILE for MY father, if we did this and paid him no tribute.

So... that said... a few options are below.  My father's name is Frederick Walton Adams and he is a Jr, so his father is obviously the same.  The first name (Maxwell) is what we had *thought* we were going to name DS2 before this conversation last night.

FYI:  DS1 is Roman Anthony, last name is 5 syllables, very italian.

Opinions?  Thoughts??

My "real" vote would be for Maxwell Frederick.  I think it's nice you want to use your Dad's name somehow, but I'm just not a fan of Nico (sorry!)

I am a big fan of Max (clearly) and Dominic was actually also on my list.  I really like that combo.  I don't think you should let guilt change your original name choice, but that's easier said than done.

I love Dominic Frederick. But I would definitely go for Dom rather than Nico as a nn. I had friends growing up called Dominic Kennedy and Dominic Cassemento (ie both Irish and Italian) and both were Dom.

huh- I voted for #2, but this is a rare time when I like pretty much all of the choices! This kid is going to have a GREAT name no matter what!
