infant vitamin drops?

anyone using these? And do you know where to find any that don't smell like ass covered in nail polish remover?

Our pedi said we didn't need them.  I just make sure we get out in the sun for a few minutes (to and fro the car for example) to get our vitamin D.

We have never used them our pedi said it wasn't necessary.

we are using Poly drops, generic brand from CVS....they smell like cherry

we use trivisol, it is cherry flavored - jenna loves them, although i have heard other kids hate them

i tried them and they have an aftertaste but do taste like cherry

i don't give them to her.  she hates them, spits them out, and they stain everything.  we were supposed to be trying, but she doesn't take medicine well and since she won't take a bottle, can't put them into it.  her pedi wanted me to increase my vitamin d intake but everything i read said that it wouldn't be enough to make a difference.  now that it is nice out, i try to get her outside for a few minutes each day in the sun.

I hate them and Emily agrees!  I swear they give her a tummy ache, we have the worse evenings on the days I give her vits.

My pedi wants her to have them and suggests giving half or 1/3 doses through out the day.  Yeah right.  EC may get a half dose a few times a week.

I haven't seen the cherry flavored kind, I may go looking for it today.

I tried the Polyvisol we had and yeah, ass covered in nail polish remover is a good description! I practically gagged on one drop. I asked the ped. about a less gross option and she suggested Trivisol. We probably won't use it anyway.

We use trivisol b/c our pedi says it tastes better than the poly...
