Maternity Leave policies?

Can someone please explain CA policies and what your work covers? We do not have an official policy, but my work is fairly flexible, however i need to come up with a few options soon.

We are not covered under FMLA (less than 50 employees)--

Hi There! I am covered by FMLA and it gives me up tp 4 weeks before birth on disability then 12 weeks after the birth for family bonding. 6-8 of those weeks are paid by disability. Hope that helps.

Hi! I am not covered upder FMLA (we have 4 employees).  But you can get state disability insurance, for up to 10 weeks.
