pumping doesnt work anymore

i only get like 3 oz total when i pump.

ds is getting plenty, his weight gain is just perfect and he has plenty of poopy/wet diapers

so why can i not pump 10 oz like i used to?

(also, i am a lazy pumper.  im only doing it bc im going out for my bday on sat. night and need to have a back up supply for the babysitter)

If you're nursing regularly, the 3 oz you're getting is considered oversupply.  You could try taking Fenugreek to up it so you can get more when you pump.

The Fenugreek has really helped my pumping...4oz total to at least 7oz now. I've been taking 3-4 pills 3x/day.
