Soon-To-Be-Grandma Mother's Day gifts

I'd like to get some sort of "Soon-to-be-grandma" gift for my mom for Mother's day...any suggestions? All i've seen out there are picture frames with "GRANDMA" on it...and they're kind of blech.

 Any ideas?

I'm making to-be-grandmother cards for my mom and MIL! Then I'm going to get the willow tree figurine for both of them that is "grandmother" and a framed picture of our latest ultrasound!

We were thinking about doing something like that or getting her first grandma's book and putting picture of our baby to be and my 2 month old nephew in it. ?

I bought my mom and MIL a Grandmother Journal - they can write about their family history and lives and give their grandson advice. The ones I got even have pockets for keepsakes or treasures they'd like to pass down to him. (They run anywhere from $10-30 at Barnes and Noble.)

We are doing a brag book with ultrasound pictures in it, For my mom and MIL. Also me and my sister (she just had a baby) got a sign to hang in my moms house that said What happens at Grandma's stays at Grandma's.
