It is a coupon for opening a registry at Restoration hardware baby and child. If you register there before 5/7/09 you can get your own physical copy, but you don't need it and I had no patience waiting for the welcome package and coupon and thought I only had until the 7th to get the deal. Turns out you can only get the coupon until then but you can use it after.

The merchandise in your cart must equal 400 and it will not count sale items in the total, shipping, or sales tax.

It can be used only once per email, so if you want to buy more than that all you have to do is create another account with a different email. It appears name and address don't matter just a different email.
